Transitioning Support Emails and Chat to Salesforce

 

Attention BDI Customers: As we transition to Salesforce Service Cloud here is what is changing…

 

Important – Starting Wednesday morning 02-14-24 at 7am CST the email address customers will use to contact their local US and Canada customer support teams is changing to BDIcustomersupport@aviall.com. Please make a note of this and update your records as prior email addresses will no longer work.

All other email addresses you already use today for all other teams such as AOG, Engine Services, all international customer support locations, and publications will remain the same.
