To obtain an export 8130-3 or certs simply select the Export 8130-3 and/or certs box in the shopping cart prior to checkout.
To request certs and/or export 8130-3 for all item use the SELECT ALL header.
Please note, not all products are eligible for 8130-3. Only products being exported will receive 8130-3, items shipped within the US will receive a domestic 8130 if available.
