As an account manager, how do I manage my user's orders?

  • To approve or reject a user's order(s) click on the Pending Orders link under the My Company section of your account profile. You will receive an email notifying you of any pending orders needing approval.
  • You can approve or reject multiple orders at one time by clicking the check box in the Select column next to the order(s).
  • Clicking on the order date in the Order Date/Number column will bring up a detailed view of that order.
